Simply superb at Vincennes and runner-up to Prix d'Amerique candidate, Just Love You, in the Gr.1 Prix Tenor de Baune last month, WORKING CLASS HERO (9) is forced to break from the tough 9-spot but he is in good hands and looks the pick this time. Unbeaten in 3 Vincennes starts this winter, HULYSSE DIGEO (7) is somewhat better-placed and Jean-William Hallais will be keen to secure the 4-timer. A veritable metronome over the past 11 months, COBRA KILLER GAR (11) just missed out here on Christmas Eve and will be no easy touch, however Gabriele Gelormini will first need to successfully negotiate the start. Barefoot after running 2nd to Hallais' horse a fortnight ago, HUBBLE DU VIVIER (8) must be considered a player.
