Race Overview
A rather open affair but it is nevertheless difficult to ignore the consistently-improving LOMBARDINA (10) who races barefoot for the first time. Runner-up here in December and latterly very unlucky in Paris, LUDMILLA HAUFOR (4) is fitted with pads for the occasion and, with more luck in running, can finally lose her maiden status. LIYAVA (2) has climbed the category-ladder in good order and Tony Le Beller can be confident of a big run. LADY D'IDEF (8) should not be too hastily-judged for her recent blunder and can be backed with confidence this time.
