Nicely-engaged toward the limit of earnings, and making his Cagnes debut on a hat-trick, HAPPY FACE (11) goes left-handed this time and Francois Lagadeuc will be loathe to pass up such a good opportunity. He will still come under pressure from INFERNA DE HOUELLE (8) who has been showing her form at Vincennes recently, and the dependable HARRY LE BEAU (9) who has nothing to prove under these conditions. HOOPER DES CHASSES (5) has not got his nose in front for 10 months but left a good impression here on 6 January and will be competitive for a place on the podium.
