Race Overview
Fine 2nd in the Gr.1 Prix de l'Ile-de-France before placing again in the Gr.1 Prix Henri Desmontils, IDEALE DU CHENE (10) should have little problem disposing of the day's opposition. That being said, Paul Ploquin will still be wary of the excellent FILWELL (9) who goes barefoot following a short spell. IMPALA DE VAL (3) outclassed a number of the day's field in the Gr.3 Prix Cornelia and will once again be competitive for a place in the frame. 2nd to him that day, EXTREME DESBOIS (7) appears to be in excellent condition and Clement Frecelle will be eager to make hay.
