Moderate 4th here mid-February before finishing last but one in a 2825m Cordemais Class E 2 weeks later, and cannot be considered a priority

Beaten only by a very good horse on debut over course and distance late last month. Will have progressed for the race and Arnaud Desmottes can be confident of another big run

Respectable 2nd of 4 finishers in a 2825m Class F at Le Croise-Laroche last November, but has not been seen out since and will need the race

Unraced since running 7th of 12 behind MALIKA DU SURF (1) in a 2400m Chateaubriant Class E early-December. Has placed just once in 8 starts and can be passed over

Fine 2nd over track and trip before faulting early in a 2850m Maure-de-Bretagne Class E last Tuesday. Has evident talent though and, if disciplined, will be in the running for a slice of the pie

Debuted nicely at Saint-Brieuc before losing her maiden status in a 2275m Nantes Class F on 18 February. Has had ample time to recuperate and will generate more interest this time around

Got straight down to business on debut, comfortably winning a 2625m Class F at Chatelaillon-La Rochelle on 2 March. Faces a better lot this time but is still easy to like for a place in the frame

Looked thoroughly professional on debut late last month, winning a 2850m Mauquenchy Class F. Unlikely to repeat but still has the capacity to make first 5

Got back in the game early this month when 3rd of 12 in a 2150m Vire Class E. Has yet to deliver racing left-handed and is unlikely to start now

Highly-impressive winner of a 2625m Cherbourg Class F on 2 March. Will not be sent out at 16/1 this time and his ability to pull off the double is not in question

Race Overview
MICHEL MARTIN (10) put on quite the show to lose his maiden tag at Cherbourg earlier in the month and can double his money if still on the boil. Joel Bescher will still be vigilant of MARABOU DODVILLE (2) whose course-and-distance debut did not go unnoticed last month, and MARIUS DES TOURS (7) who got off the mark earlier this month at the first time of asking. Close runner-up here last time, MISTRAL DU BOIS (5) will be no easy touch if Damien Bonne gets him off on the right foot.
