Unshod-all-4 following a necessary freshener, KEMIA DU CHENE (16) enjoys an entry-made-in-heaven and, under these conditions, looks a marginally better bet than recent course-and-distance winner, KAHIA DE LA CROIX (4), who returns to the venue on a 4-timer. KIVALA RENARDIER (12) beat a number of these early last month and racing first time barefoot, looks a serious proposition. KOKOTE (15) can occasionally prove a handful but is hard to fault when focused and must be considered one of the main protagonists.
