Disappointing before being sanctioned in a 2750m Cherbourg Class C mid-August. Is not without merit but will be expected to need the run

Pleasant 6th of 12 in 22 October race of reference. Tackles main track for first time and even with Benjamin Rochard reining, is unlikely to cause an upset

Unseen since being sanctioned in a Gr.3 over course and distance late-August. Has freshness on his side and will have his chances if his driver assures his initial strides

Race Overview
A number of interesting elements here, but preference nevertheless goes to LORD DU BASSIN (4) who opened his Vincennes account late last month and who takes to the main track with a realistic chance of doubling his money. LORD DELO (8) is complicated at the best of times but with JMB back in the bike, can set the record straight. Arguably better racing clockwise, LE BILLET VERT (10) held his own here recently and, sporting pads for the first time, looks dangerous. Sanctioned more often than not, LOVE ME DO (14) makes his first appearance since August, but enjoys an excellent entry, and is good enough to win this, provided Christophe Martens manages to get him off on the right foot.
