JOUR DE FETE (11) is ideally entered under these conditions and wouldn't be winning out of turn. He could, belatedly, be rewarded for his consistency. Pierre Belloche has two strings to his bow and both of his charges, JOYEUX MESLOIS (9) and JEUNESSE ETERNELLE (10), have the means to make life difficult for the selection. However, the same applies to last-start winner JONQUILLE DE MEAT (12) who is also favourably committed at the limit of earnings. JOBALASKO BLEU (4), JITANE VALLEE (7) and JIM JULRY (6) are potential place-getters.
